Contemporary painter born in Mexico in 1996, currently based in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur. Working with handmade pigments such as bone black and mineral grounds prepared from the Baja desert, Zura explores gesture, material, identity, and transcendence. His paintings emerge as events of intensity and silence, where matter itself becomes testimony of life, death, memory, and transformation.
